Is the club only for people who completed the nutrition programme?

No. The club is the natural next step for graduates of the nutrition programme — but it's open to anyone who wants to live a more active, connected, healthy life. You don't need to have taken the programme to belong here.

Is this a women-only club?

No. At launch the community is shaped by the people who arrived through the nutrition programme — many of whom are women — but WELL IN MOTION is built to be a gender-flexible active lifestyle community. Men, couples, cyclists, hikers, sailors and people from outdoor and wellness worlds are all welcome and will see more formats designed for them as we grow.

What's included in the subscription?

The monthly subscription includes full access to the Telegram club and channel, monthly themes and materials, live expert sessions, wellness guides, community challenges, guest teacher classes, and group activities like walks and meetups. Multi-day trips, retreats and venue-based events are billed separately at member pricing.

What does "founding price locked for life" actually mean?

If you join as one of the first 30 founding members at £29/month, that price stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Even when the regular price moves to £39 and later £49, founding members continue paying £29.

Are the in-person meetups included in the price?

Regular community walks, meetups and live sessions are included. Restaurant gatherings, venue-based events, longer trips and retreats may have a separate cost — covered transparently in each announcement, with member pricing.

Can I take part fully online?

Yes. The Telegram club, live sessions, guides, expert content and challenges are all online. The in-person events are a beautiful bonus when you can join, not a requirement to belong.

Will there be travel and trips?

Yes — that's a core part of where we're going. UK hiking weekends, Dolomites, Portugal, sailing weekends and small-group active retreats are all part of the roadmap. Founding members get priority access and member pricing.

Do I need to be a sporty person to join?

Not at all. Many members start with a walk. The club is designed for every stage — whether you're just beginning to move, returning after a long pause, or already deep into your active life. Everyone is met where they are.
